Prices

Prices are for stays longer than 5 days.

Prices may vary during Holidays, Festivals, Trade fairs..

Check-in & Check-out:

Rooms available from 01:00 pm (arrival day) to 10:00 am (departure day).

Deposit:

upon confirmation of your reservation, we will ask you to send us a deposit for each room:

1. 1) by money order to our street address;
2. 2) by bank transfer (we will send you our IBAN);
3. 3) through credit card number.

Cancellations:

In case of cancellation within 30 days from the date of arrival for your stay, the deposit will be refunded, minus the cost of the operation. If the cancellation is made at least 15 days before the expected arrival date, the deposit will be recovered from you within the calendar year for another stay of equal duration. Cancellations communicated later, the deposit will be fully retained.

In case of EARLY DEPARTURE you will be charged the cost of the room for all the days booked and not used.
